Super Sugoii Details Suzume Manga Artist Denki Amashima's Mumbai Visit

Amashima further spoke about her early childhood experiences with art, her pursuit of the career of a manga creator, and the different media she works in as an artist.
Rachna Sansad College of Applied Art & Craft hosted Amashima on April 19.
Suzume opened in Indian theaters in Hindi and in Japanese with English subtitles on April 21. PVR Inox hosted a meet and greet with Makoto Shinkai in Mumbai on April 19. Shinkai also attended the premiere event for the film and participated in a Q&A session with attendees on April 20.
The film opened in Japan at #1 on November 11 and sold 1.33 million tickets to earn 1.88 billion yen (about US$13.49 million) in its first three days.
The manga adaptation of the film launched in Kodansha's Monthly Afternoon magazine on October 25.
